What is the difference between Standard and Deep Cleaning?
Standard Cleaning is routine care for a maintained home. Deep Cleaning adds time and detail for buildup, baseboards, doors, blinds, vents, fixtures, and other areas not normally covered in maintenance service.
What is included in Move-Out Cleaning?
Move-Out Cleaning is intended for an empty property and includes detailed cleaning throughout, including inside empty cabinets, drawers, and closets. Inside the oven and refrigerator are separate add-ons unless the estimate states otherwise.
How do you calculate the estimate?
We consider the service type, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, pets, add-ons, access, and photographs. The main cleaning and optional services are listed separately.
Will the estimated price change?
The price usually holds when the information and photos accurately represent the property. If the actual condition or requested scope is substantially different, we discuss it before continuing beyond the agreed work.
Do I need to provide products?
Our team normally brings the products and equipment needed for the confirmed service. Tell us about specialty surfaces, sensitivities, or product preferences.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Let’s Be Clean is licensed and insured.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. Entry, lock, alarm, parking, and departure instructions can be arranged before the appointment.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Tell us what pets are in the home and whether they will be secured. A first-visit pet-related fee may apply when additional hair or detail is expected.
Do you clean inside ovens and refrigerators?
Yes. These are optional add-ons and are listed separately in the estimate.
Do you clean inside cabinets?
Inside empty cabinets and drawers are included in Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning. They are not normally included in Standard or Deep Cleaning unless added separately.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Antelope, Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Folsom, Elk Grove, and selected nearby communities. Rocklin and other locations may be available depending on schedule.
