Let’s Be Clean respects the privacy of customers and website visitors. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, why we collect it, how it may be stored, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate, we collect the customer name, email address, phone number, street address, city, ZIP code, requested service, preferred date and time window, property or item details, customer notes, calculated estimate, request ID, and basic technical or anti-spam data needed to protect the form.
How we use information
We use this information to calculate and review an estimate, contact you about the request, confirm service availability, plan the requested work, prevent spam or misuse, and maintain reasonable business and customer-service records. Submitting the form creates a pending booking request; it does not confirm an appointment.
Form drafts and booking requests
An unfinished form draft is saved in your browser on the device you are using so you can continue later. The draft expires seven days after it was last saved and is removed after a successful submission or reset. After a successful submission, the booking request and request ID are stored in the website’s booking database for Let’s Be Clean to review.
Photos sent by text message
This website does not upload customer photos. After receiving a request ID, you may choose to send photos through your own text-messaging application. Standard carrier messaging terms may apply. Avoid including people, documents, financial information, security codes, or other sensitive information in photos.
Service providers and sharing
We do not sell personal information. Website hosting and database providers process information needed to operate the form and store requests. An email delivery provider may process booking details to notify Let’s Be Clean of a new request. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably required by law or to protect the business, customers, or website.
Data retention
Booking and customer-service information is retained for a reasonable period based on operational, accounting, legal, dispute-resolution, and customer-service needs. Browser drafts expire seven days after the last save and are also removed after successful submission, reset, or browser-storage clearing.
Technical data
The form may use an anti-spam field, request identifiers, rate limits, and a one-way technical identifier derived from connection information. These controls help prevent duplicate or abusive submissions. The website also uses browser storage to preserve unfinished form entries.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of personal information you submitted, subject to records Let’s Be Clean may reasonably need to retain for legal, accounting, security, or legitimate business purposes.
